Welcome to Thorp. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Thorp mobile application and website (thorp.app), operated by ThorpCare Inc. d/b/a Thorp (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Thorp, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Thorp. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Thorp for any unlawful purpose
• Share patient or caregiver information without consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app
• Upload harmful or abusive content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Thorp offers subscription plans through Apple In-App Purchases. Pricing, features, and limits are described in the app. Payments are handled by Apple; we do not process or store your payment information.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings

No refunds are provided for unused time.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., messages, notes, reminders). By submitting content, you grant Thorp a limited license to store and display it to members of your Thorp group.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate privacy rights or applicable laws.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of Thorp is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

7. Modifications

We may update or change the app and these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using Thorp at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

Upon termination, your access to the app and any data stored in your account will be removed after a 30-day grace period.

9. Disclaimer

Thorp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Thorp is not a medical or legal service and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thorp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
